The 1 thing that has kept me sane since covid hit an year ago and particularly in the past month has been to try and do a workout everyday and make time for it however blah I am feeling
Thread of my favorite workouts - all around 30-35 mins
I HATE planks so mostly plankless stuff
This is my MOST favorite one. I get bored very easily and hate doing reps of the same exercise again and again. Needs weights. 30 mins
While I love strength, i like to intersperse it with cardio so here is a combination of some strengthe and some cardio which I really like

This is for when I am at a place where I have no weights but still want to get some form of abs and cardio done
I LOVE popsugar and have done a variety of their videos but my favorite ones are the ones which are led by Anna. Fast and fun full body. Needs weights
Only strength. I love strength the most (non plank strength work out). Not a big fan of cardio and Abs (DIE bicycle crunches) so this one is full strength

On days that I am PMSing or on the 3rd, 4th day of my cycle, I prefer doing yoga or some light bodyweight stuff
I really like this one. Seems easy but it makes you feel so good
You don't need any weights for this
IF you are someone who likes to dance and wants to dance for 30 mins and call it exercise you HAVE to do this one. I am horrible, graceless and awkward dancer so I did it only once but I really enjoyed it
Some days when I have zero motivation I will do some 20 min workouts to feel like I did something.
The following 20 min full body workout led by Anna is one of my faves

Again, one days I am feeling blah but want to lift some weights for a short period of time, love doing this 20 min strength and Abs workout

Another 20 min, strength and Abs. Use really heavy weights. You will lose full feeling in your arm next day. So lovely.

Finally this 20 minute also I love because of the slow deliberate movements and how much just doing even 20 minutes with weights makes every muscle hurt
