It& #39;s telling that in America, it& #39;s the most powerful people in society, not the oppressed and marginalized, who routinely go on violent rampages of pseudo-rebellion, whether in the form of police riots, mass shooters, white supremacist terrorist gangs, etc.

America accepts these terror tactics from white men. Our white male media and politicians condemn sporadic episodes of looting and property damage while turning a blind eye to cops murdering Black people and sexually assaulting women on a daily basis.

At an institutional level, where white male power is concentrated, there is no interest in solving these problems and in fact, widespread support for allowing them to continue, buoyed by apathy and ambivalence on the part of most white Americans.
