Are you tired of having employers ignore your resume?

I review The Standout Developer by @RandallKanna:

My background:

I'm a nerd. This is key to better understanding this review and may motivate you to purchase the book.
I graduated with an accounting degree and didn't network enough or brand myself well enough so I had to work a lot of low paying food industry jobs. After a variety of miscellaneous jobs I decided to go back to school to learn coding.
I am capable of learning from my mistakes and have been working hard over the years to network and brand myself.

The Standout Developer gives modern online branding skills such as how to build a Twitter following, maintaining a blog, and LinkedIn.
There's networking advice like how to get speaking roles as well as sites to sign up for to get access to mentors.

Randall gave advice on how she approached her job search, offers resume pointers, negotiating tactics, and how to whiteboard effectively.
The book is geared for people over the age of 20 trying to get their first tech job as well as improving their career. If you're in this audience, I suggest purchasing the book. The relevant links can be found on Randall's twitter profile.
