1/ Thank you for all the messages, appreciate the interest and all the much needed discussion, but we're not going to reply to all the message apart from say a few things at this time
2/ It's a challenge to convey the complex issues around primary care and why it is in the state it's in, but the letter ultimately is about demand and workload risking patient safety and staff health
3/ Burnt out individuals/doctors/team? Not at all. Not sure why proactively doing something to improve your situation *before* you get to that stage is the same as being burnt out. We have a great team here, that listens, communicates and isn't afraid to make changes
