Why we wants #SAGs
A thread 🧵
As we all know A2 students exams have not been cancelled but they received a choice to give their exams in oct/nov. As we all are aware that the 13 months policy isn’t extended which means that if A2 wants to give their exams they have to prepare for both composites 1/2
Which means that the grade they have scored last year in May/June won’t matter, and they have to start from scratch . Which is highly unfair considering that many of them have to join the universities (abroad).
For A1 , do you really think by starting their A2 at the end of November/start of December will make it possible for them to complete their entire syllabus by the end of feb?No . And incase if they do ,they won’t be having enough time to prepare for their upcoming May june exams.
And it really depends when you have decided to go for SATs, but preparing for SATs, writing your essays for universities etc they also need time. With oct/nov examinations you really think you can handle so much pressure?
At last I would talk about O3. Its the same case, do you really think they would be able to study A1 in a few months and be ready for their May june exams ?
And there are many students that are going to do their A levels abroad , what is their fault? They can’t even get an admission this September to sit after their O3 exams?
And who ever thinks that May june to cancel ho gaye to rona kiu? We had the choice to give our exams in oct/nov pehle bhi but after the decision it wasn’t a choice .and we dont wants SAGs because we are too lazy to study, we want them so that we can do everything on time.
And if every country in Administrative zone 4 can give their students assessed grades why can’t Pakistan? And if you really think us , the students are being nashukre then idk what to expect. #ShafqatDestroysOurCareer #WeWantSAGs
