ATINY!!!! I know we're all busy supporting our boys, but Choice and A.C.E are dealing with a very terrible situation right now that we should spread awareness about and support them on.

If helping them for their sake is not enough motivation for you on this, please be aware that this could easily affect atz and other groups in the future. I'm unsure if AA is officially partnered with atz, but they tweet about them often and are clearly interested in them.
Even if they aren't going to work with them, this could start a horrible new trend in the kpop community, especially if the deal is successful.

WHAT ARE NFTs?
Essentially, a dangerous and risky form of cryptocurrency (kind of like a pyramid scheme) that is EXTREMELY bad for the environment and has a horrible reputation around it. WHY IS THIS DEAL BAD?
On top of NFTs being something you shouldn't get involved with in the first place, AA is using merch to prey on fans. They know that kpop culture is obsessed with owning everything supporting our idols, and they are counting on that and the temptation of+

+exclusive/signed merch, fansigns, etc. to get fans to buy into their NFT deal. They are introducing fans, especially younger ones, to a really dangerous and risky industry.
Additionally, the negative reputation surrounding NFTs will most likely negatively affect A.C.E's own reputation since they will be connected to them.

THE RECEPTION AND RESPONSE:
As I mentioned, Choice have been very against this deal since it was announced and have been extremely vocal about their standing.
It took AA a whole week to respond, and this is what their open letter had to say.

Needless to say, they refuse to listen to Choice and are adamant in moving forward with this deal. Their open letter is dismissive and belittling. They clearly do not care about Choice's opinions and reasons.
Although AA apologized, it's clear they don't believe they are in the wrong and they do not care.

HOW CAN WE HELP?
Spread awareness about the situation so others can help, or at the very least are aware of how bad deals like this are and can be prepared in case their own groups get involved with something similar.

+though they just didn't understand the "benefits" of NFTs. Let's help show them that it's not just Choice that aren't interested in NFTs, but the kpop community as a whole. We've seen how strong we can be if we work together to achieve something (shutting down apps, hashtags...)
Truthfully, I don't know how else we can help besides being spreading awareness and being vocal about this. If anyone, especially Choice, have any suggestions on what we can do to help, I'll add it to this thread.
I know our own fandom has a lot we're dealing with right now and the timing of this isn't great with kd, but please take a little time â even just before the next ep. â to help out with this. Write a tweet or email before the ep. airs!!
At the very least, rt tweets about this situation to help others see what's going on. You don't have to stop streaming, just please don't ignore them when they come up on your tl.
