Hi @IntoUniversity @IntoUniRachel. You know better than most the barriers that people face to get to uni. So how do you justify making a 2.1 degree an essential requirement for your Partnerships Officer role? What will a graduate bring to this role that nobody else could offer?
Given what you know about the barriers to entry at Higher Education, how is this approach consistent with your stated value around Talent?

"At @IntoUniversity, we value and recognise the talent of every person."
Given what you know about the barriers to entry at Higher Education, how is this requirement consistent with @IntoUniRachel's claim in the introduction that "As a charity with social mobility as its core objective, @IntoUniversity is wholly committed to equality of opportunity"?
You know this isn't fair:

"Research shows that young people from the UK’s most disadvantaged postcodes are much less likely to go to university than those in the most advantaged areas.

This isn't fair because it makes it harder for them to succeed in a competitive job market."
