1/X I’ve gone from 50 000 USD to 700 000 USD since Nov 2018 !

How has this been possible ?

Hard work ,many duds but ABOVE ALL a constant will to become BETTER and learn from mistakes. I’ve also had a lot of fun interacting with everyone!

2/ You should definitely find your own investing method , I’ve had many different methods over the years but my current one simplifies my life .

I can screen out a lot of irrelevant companies straight away based on #ESG! Obviously that means missing out on some things however

3/X I’ve come to the conclusion that I’d rather own 10-15 stocks with extremely HIGH conviction than own 30 companies based on other people’s thoughts and conclusions . This way I’m a lot more confident in my choices when things get though .

4/X This is not applicable to all strategies as I clearly see the benefit of larger diversification for dividends strategies .

My best lessons
1. Get to know your stocks they’re REAL companies with REAL people and most (not all) management are happy to talk to shareholders

5/X Second lesson is learn how to sniff out the bullshit, this means don’t trust what people tell you blindly always do your own research and also scrutinize / question things against management that you don’t understand or find odd , this way you’ll sleep a lot better at night !

6/ Third lesson is learn how to spot when a company is at what I like to call the revenue inflection point . It’s fine to buy non profitable companies BUT you want to see a CLEAR path to profit or you may end up in an agonizing and demoralizing loss that could have been avoided !
