maybe this is obvious and I was just completely clueless, but I had no idea that Medicare isn't free. I had no idea that unless you pay, you won't get access to basic care and medication

I had no idea insurance companies are the middle man for advantage plans. I'm back with BCBS
I also had no idea until 2 weeks ago that they'd take that payment out of my monthly disability benefits.

so now I'm nearly $200 short of bill money that I needed every penny of every month.

and idk what to do.

I'm thankful for both... SSDI and Medicare... but fuck.
so I'm rummaging through, trying to find things I could sell.

this is so frustrating.
well I'm surviving on CCs but I can't pay bills with those.

because Medicare now takes out nearly $200 of my SSDI, I'm very short on bill money and only had about 2 weeks of notice

I'm figuring out long term what I need to do.
