She used Book of Iyer Tribes and Caste of cochin to prove her fake claims. She just Plagiarized @Bharadwajspeaks works.
Iyer in his Volume 1 page 840 himself mentions "Izhuvas were not allowed to wear upper garment till 1859 except in British territories"

She claimed that Brahmin and other High caste women didn't cover their Upper body, this is clearly false. Iyer in his second Volume of Tribes and caste of cochin mentions Brahmins women did cover their breasts and used to wear and upper Garment

Also Iyer has mentioned that Nayar women also used to cover their breasts and wear an upper Garment
