And on the note of "Trending". You& #39;ll are breaking the cycle that worked because you& #39;re buying into your own hype.

First off, 1.5M tweets doesn& #39;t equal 1.5M people, because we all know some are spamming the sh!t out of the hashtag.
So don& #39;t lose hope because "1.5M people trended the hashtag and WB still didn& #39;t greenlit a sequel" because it& #39;s just not true.
And why didn& #39;t the hashtag trend couple of days ago? Because you& #39;re abusing the algorithm. Too many trending events. Twitter works on peaks. If you trended with 1.5M a month ago it will not let you trend with 500K.
There& #39;s a differnce between "Trends for you" and actual trending. Actual trending is seen by millions and leads to news coverage and that& #39;s what you want. You will not get it with "Trends for you" which is... for you.
Zack Snyder highlighted the marketing aspect of the fandom with #ReleaseTheSnyderCut https://abs.twimg.com/hashflags... draggable="false" alt="">. We trended at the right times, and did cool events, and it led to news coverage. We clicked those articles and gave them a reason to keep reporting. And it kept growing.
Trending is not the deal. Twitter is small compared to Facebook and Instagram. It& #39;s about the story. And it& #39;s becoming a boring one because some of you believe we& #39;re big enough as a fandom. We& #39;re not. You& #39;re just building an echo chamber.
