Instead of asking, "What do I want to create?"

Ask yourself,

• "What do I want to learn?"
• "Who do I want to become?"
• "What are the things I actually spend time doing?"

A thread on making Twitter a byproduct of your daily life & curiosity.
For example, this morning I thought up 2 or 3 threads about small changes I've made to streamline my daily life.

This makes sense because I always thinking about making my life easier.
I've never thought about sharing this until today, but there is clearly a market.

What's obvious to you is not obvious to others; however, you won't know this unless you share.
Second, I'm a voracious reader of books related to

• human nature
• how to be more organized
• concepts / ideas around living meaningful life
• how to be a more structured, logically sound thinker
This makes sense because I want to

• understand myself
• stress less over where things are
• have a sense of fufillment
• be effective in my decisions in life & business
Third, I want to build an audience being me. There's no better way to be me than to do what feels natural and share what I'm learning.
Of course, I will learn from and steal from people along the way.

For example, I'm doing Jack Butcher's course on Build Once, Sell Twice. It's a fantastic mindset-shifting exercise.

Additionally, I regularly look at people who I enjoy or are high value.
Good examples of these are:

@julian - fantastic threads on doing just about anything better
@heyblake - threads on content creation
@Jason - most interesting VC personality right now

The list could go on, but I've been enjoying these 3 quite a bit
Lastly, I don't recommend doing any of this for money.

If you happen to like a topic that generates money, that's great!

If you don't, focusing on creating quality content that is (a) timely and (b) timeless will get you noticed faster = opens doors.

That's it!

Hope that helps. As always, appreciate comments, RTs and plain ol' likes
