sophie’s “let’s normalize this please”; a thread that will be continually added to that talks about normalizing things the should not be frowned upon.
can we normalize talking about our mental health pls?! i feel like society has put this border around mental health as if we can’t talk about the deep and the dark stuff. it’s not something to be ashamed of. it’s okay to not be happy. it’s okay to be hurting. and it can be scary
to talk about, but it’s nothing that you should feel bad http://about.you"> http://about.you ’ve done nothing wrong by feeling this way. anxiety and depression, etc. are honestly not talked about enough because society has made it an uncomfortable topic, and because people have labeled it as
something that should be seen as too rough, and also a lot of people call it “fake” like no. it’s a common thing. and i hate that it’s come to a place where people feel like they can’t speak up because they will be attacked for it. at least in what i’ve seen. you guys are valid.
your feelings are valid, your mental health is valid, please do not let anyone compare your mental health to others because you all deserve to be incredibly happy and not in a dark place. please do not be afraid to reach out and talk to someone. we as humans, were meant to go
through stuff with others, not by ourselves. i am always here if any of you need to talk about ANYTHING. i will listen and i will try and tell you everything i can to love on you all and help you. ive been through a crap load of stuff and i’m not afraid of the scary stuff. i know
how a lot of it is, and i’m open to talk about it all. i love you all so very much. you are so valued. i hope you truly believe that. im here if you need me.
