Controversial but i feel like jennie would be such a flop without blackpink. She cant sing, dance, or rap and is mostly a glorified model at this point. And even then she is not the best model in the group, despite her pretty face.

She has shown on a few occasions a willingness to learn how to sing, dance, rap, play an instrument but in a very half-assed manner and you can tell from the final results she isnt really keeping up with said practice LOL.

It’s why i was hesitant to stick up for her back when people were calling her lazy in that big scandal. I love her but her hate is honestly a bit justified...she dont do much for the group dynamic other than be super pretty

Lisa brings dance skills, rap skills, and intense stage presence, Rose is the instrumentalist, the quality modeling, the industry connections, the technical singing skill, flawlessly smooth dance, Jisoo and Rose are both superb vocalists and Jisoo also does excellent modeling.

I struggle to understand Jennies part in the group. She was really hyped up so much during their pre-debut as some sort of Hyolyn-type “Idol Ace” but when they finally made it she was the most underwhelming in all categories and is unfortunately stuck there being underwhelming.

Like i really cant get over how they were hyping her up as some sort of Hyolyn good girl gone bad musical artist diva but then they debuted and this was the best she could do and still can only do this level unfortunately. She would be SUPER basic w/o her looks helping her career
