Hi guys, i am here to ask a little help. Last month, my sister experienced a convulsion all of the sudden. It lasts like 30mins and up. After that, she slept and woke up after a day and half. Her eyes were closed but her other body parts +

were functioning properly. And then after a day and half, she woke up. But since then she cant talk, or even utter a word. She& #39;s obviously not in her right mind too. She wasnt checked up right away because of some problems in our province+

. I am asking a little help from you guys because i know my mother ( the only one who& #39;s working in our family) can& #39;t provide fully for my sister& #39;s needs and medications, house bills, water and electricity bills. +
