Doug Quinones won 5K and this watch yesterday.

And it all started when he working for Doordash as a delivery driver and took a guy Chipotle.

Let me explain, in today's version of "you never know when your luck will change"

String 1/
Quinones has "16 or 18" mini-tour wins, has really played well on Dakotas Tour but hasn't been able to break thru to KFT.

In 2019 he went over to Euro Q school and made it thru 1st and 2nd stage. At final stage he needed to birdie 4 of the last 6 to get his Euro card
He birdied the first three par 4's in a row and came to par 5 with chance to get inside the number.
He went for the green in two and his approach shot hit a sprinkler head in front of the green and took a huge bounce into a bush.
He had to take an unplayable and his Euro card
Was gone. He did lock up Challenge Tour status.
Covid came, challenge tour shutdown and with bills piling up he started driving for doordash.
When he went to pick up an order at Chipotle he recognized the name on the receipt as an old friend

When he showed up
Doug found out it was his old friend and they were moving. Doug helped them move rest of day in exchange for some stuff at the house

His friend told Doug he was a member at Silverleaf and they needed caddies. Doug started the next wk

Yesterday he won the Caddy Championship
He still has status on Challenge Tour and the 5K will help in getting him there this year.

This is a picture of Doug and his friend.

It all started with a doordash order
Doug is raising money in a pretty cool way. Has a gofundme, but is doing it raffle style with a bunch of cool prizes including set of new @Sub70 irons and other things.
