What advice would you give a guy& #39;s new girlfriend completely in love, vested emotionally & financially, discovers his compulsive bipolar & he won& #39;t get help? How does she know it& #39;s time to exit without feeling guilty? I& #39;ll go first.
When it is negatively impacting other people she loves and trusts.
When it is affecting her physical health.
When she understands she can& #39;t just & #39;hope& #39; things get better.
When he starts making unrealistic demands, like who she is friends with.
When she understands that it is his job to manage his mental health and not think she is going to & #39;save& #39; him.
When she overcomes her insecurity and realizes it& #39;s okay to shut one door so another opens.
When she realizes it& #39;s okay to say & #39;no& #39; to someone else and & #39;yes& #39; to herself.
When she understands this is a prelude to what her life could very well be like.
When she& #39;s happier when he& #39;s not around than when he is.
When she realizes her worth.
When she figures understands that her actions say more about her than him.
When she stops admittedly enabling him.
