Very likely they will be safely opening their schools and retail long before us, and without all the death and suffering that we've endured.
They need to prevent airborne spread of the virus though. There’s some recognition in these new guidelines, but people should be wearing N95 masks in indoor shared spaces @StrangRobert @LisaBarrettID
