and yes, it& #39;s me! it& #39;s a me problem! but also it& #39;s a reminder of where I& #39;m at--in the tier with my struggle buddies, in which completing something feels less valid than working on it, because we& #39;re all always working. our communal delusion!!!!!

we are all VERY into downplaying the results of our work! we LOVE to diminish it! we ADORE highlighting how hard it was to make, but when it& #39;s made, it was never a big deal! IT WAS A BIG DEAL AND IT& #39;S EVEN BIGGER NOW THAT IT IS COMPLETE, BELIEVE IT. TRUST IT.

how this ties in is you can& #39;t just be a booster during the process; if you& #39;re involved in championing its creation it is WACK to politely nod at its realization, you know???? otherwise you& #39;re just rubber/glue-ing your support.

I mean yes please do a "you got this!" when people got this but also remember that the this that they got is a real thing that will one day live in the world, and I& #39;m dancing real close to a pro-life analogy here so imma wrap it up

anyway, this isn& #39;t me being mad that you don& #39;t vocally adore my work. I would love it! but it doesn& #39;t make my life measurably worse, because my baseline is "nobody cares." it& #39;s more about practicing what you preach re: community support and mutual creative aid

also about me feeling bad that nobody cares about my stuff, but again: that& #39;s the Me Problem, which doesn& #39;t invalidate my feelings, but doesn& #39;t make them a You Problem, you know??? but it could be a You Solution . . . haha j/k . . . unless?
