(1) Dear Officials, Can you please confirm what you mean by “Construction activities allowed in lockdown”?

Our current Villa community association has blocked all of the activities including construction/Interior/Civil.

(2) Our Villa Gated community is not declared as Micro-containment zone yet, there have been a few COVID cases reported recently but as this is a VILLA Community, there is ample distance between houses & no common area to access.

(3) If Govt official guidelines says that All construction/Civil repair work can happen if an area is not a containment (or Micro) zone then can Villa Gated community Association decide on their own to stop all the construction work affecting Owners & daily wage workers?

(4) If your guideline is incorrectly understood then please clarify what’s the correct guideline for construction/interior work.
If understanding is correct then please confirm if a gated community association have power to go against Govt official guidelines? Please respond

Please clarify on this matter as there are quite a few owners here along with me who’s construction/Interior work is pending but has been completely stopped by Gated community association.
