I think now is a good time to discuss how different speedsters have different connections to the Speed Force. Most are canonical and others are verging on headcanon to justify powers unique to certain speedsters

Barry Allen: enhanced connection

Barry has an enhanced connection to the speed force, probably being able to most accurately tell how much speed he can use at any given time. Over time the speed force has enhanced Barrys mind to be able to multitask

Barrys Brain is faster than his legs, meaning that he has time to think about how he will apply his speed before he even arrives at the crime scene

Its probably the natural evolution of a speedster.

Jesse and Johnny Quick: speed formula

Being attached to a mathematical formula, Jesse in this case is capable of flight with her speed force capabilities. Jesse has reached the top limits of her speed being able to outpace most speedsters, but she has the least growth room

Max: spiritualist

Having the most knowledge in how the speed force works as a force of nature, Max is able to meditate to enhance his connection to the speed force and even guide other speedsters to their intended paths (even when they inevitably don't believe him)

Fun Fact: Max is the fastest speedster who has never taken on the Flash mantle. Hes about on par with Barry in raw speed

Irey and Jai: paradoxical biological

Irey and Jay's connection to the speed force is different from most biological connections because neither of them had speed until Jai gave his up to give to Irey, creating a full speedster

Jay: Biochemical

Jays connection is a bit different because he is already a speed metahuman, he has the easiest time learning new tricks (like kinetic energy stealing) with his speed still linked to his physical stamina which is enhanced by the Speed force

Bart: enhanced biological generator

The Allen family tree as a rule is very proficient in the speed force. Bart, being unique in the fact that his connection was killing him until Wally stabilised it after the formula permanently affected his speed

Okay, so Bart can retain most information in his head if he focuses and he can create speed constructs as a result of Wally fixing him

Bart is the second fastest speedster and has the potential to be THE Fastest as an adult

Wallace and Avery: infant connection

Having the weakest connection to the speed force, Avery and Wallace are very limited in terms of speed and are also inexperienced.

Tornado Twins (plus chain lightning speedsters): Biological

These speedsters have their powers at birth, they have a harder time perceiving normal time as a result. This disconnected could possibly be why we haven't seen any of them overtake Wally, Barry, Max or Bart

Wally West: mainliner

Mainlining the speed force means having the most direct connection possible, being the fastest and being the first to discover new powers (suit constructs) it also means that Wally can run off of other peoples kinetic energy with maximum efficiency

Wally is the only speedster who has ever used the speed formula on top of his connection to "stop time"

His speed is also unique in the fact that his legs don't even need the effort to run, the suit can do it for him.

Wally has pulled off the quickest speed feats in fiction
