Why is this just accepted as the norm? Why are we so used to seeing this? Why does it matter that they will probably be alright by the exam time? Why is there prestige in being apart of this? What is the point of test one when this is the result? Clearly they were not equipped.

You should care about failing! But it’s really hard to care when you see 3% pass rate! You cannot tell me this teaches resilience. This teaches apathy and indifference towards failure.

Why are we being taught to be okay with failure instead of being taught to overcome it?
