Artists that do commissions- How do you feel about past clients paying other artists to edit work you did for them without asking first? (i.e. draw/paint over, animating, etc.)
I& #39;ve had my work animated several times before but was only asked about it once. Sadly my signature is often removed & replaced by the animator& #39;s. Sometimes I& #39;m not given credit for the original work at all and I find it on my own or it is linked to me by someone else.
I& #39;m torn because there& #39;s a lot of work that goes into animation & they look awesome, but I also feel like the art isn& #39;t mine anymore (edits are also technically against my ToS but I don& #39;t want to cause a fuss).

Maybe this is just me being weird, haha. What are your thoughts? https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="đŸ„ș" title="Pleading face" aria-label="Emoji: Pleading face">
Very interesting discussion so far! It seems there is a general split on specific issues, and each artist has their own boundaries. I love seeing all the different viewpoints!

Moral of the story; Artists, keep your ToS readily accessible and keep it updated. Clients, read & #39;em!
