So new WHL was built over budget (understandable with cost inflation rife in the development industry in the past 6/7 years) and a year too late... constructed on the basis that it had the right materials to accentuate the crowd and create an atmosphere... a couple of issues

The old lane was buzzing at times due to the away fans being located down park lane... you had the shelf/park lane that generated the noise. New stadium... away fans put down the Paxton
Not a problem at all... but the key to the atmosphere was to get relocation of ST right in the first place to ensure the is continued
First forward and itâs clear the club didnât want any coordinated atmosphere in the Paxton next to the away fans... why is this? And it makes us look likes idiots when youâve got away fans bigging it up Paxton is dead not from want of trying to start something
Park lane has been a disaster as the new price points in the east and west have meant the old fans have relocated to lei lane for cheaper seats. They donât want to pay through the nose
Club 1882 has been a shit storm and why put them in the middle of the south stand... defies any logic whatsoever. You end up with a hierarchy of âoh I paid double to be here I donât want anyone standing in front of meâ.... itâs killing the traditional or legacy supporters
Relocations have been a disaster. The club have had years after preparing, planning and constructing a new stadium for its fans that where people actually sit to them is irrelevant. Why build a stadium with top acoustics?
Ahhhh because of the fucking concerts... itâs becoming abundantly clear. They donât want a fan base in Paxton next to the away fans because they donât want that. They donât want atmos or tribalism/rivalry
The lack of giving to our fan base is killing the game and our club
