[how to get your twt account unsuspended!]

a thread with information that worked for me (multiple times) and even got this account unsuspended

provide all information you can here. make sure to include the email associated with the account and the phone number

now, what i personally wrote for the ‘description of problem...’ was this:

‘My account was wrongly suspended and after reading through the rules and what you can be commonly suspended for, I don’t believe that I violated anything.’

however, i know writing things such as:

"My account (Your @) got suspended, however I didn't violate any twitter rules, therefore, I was suspended incorrectly. My account is really important to me since this is the only way I could communicate with my friends.

Also Twitter hasn't sent me an explanation on why I got suspended in the first place."

after you have appealed, wait a few minutes and you should get an email that looks like this. you need to reply to it.

this is what i replied:

“This is my account. I have been attempting to grow my Twitter account within the boundaries of Twitter. I have also been noting down that I do not follow or unfollow profiles in bulk. I was careful of my content and made sure that my tweets do not

hurt or spam anyone. However, my Twitter account has been suspended and I’m not sure what went wrong. My Twitter account is very important for my business and I would be grateful if you could restore it at the earliest.”

if you got suspended for copyright, this might be a better reply:

“I, (Your @), state that I have read and understood Twitter's copyright policy, and I will not violate it in the future in any form. I am willing to delete any tweet posted which included copyrighted content.”

after i replied to this email, i waited. twitter never responded to my first case but i opened up another and followed the information which i provided in this thread - it took them 5 days.

one more thing that helps is tweeting @ TwitterSupport like this

@/TwitterSupport Hi, can you unsuspend my account? my main Twitter account (@) got suspended and I've never violated the Twitter rules. Could you please consider and unsuspend it? I appealed the restriction via case no # but obtained no response. Thank you

file a DMCA counter-notification!

get in contact with the person/company/etc that had the media taken down. if you get a reply with a case number, include it in your email/tweet to twitter.

if you don’t get a response, tweet this:

@/TwitterSupport my account (@) got suspended from copyright claims, I’ve filed a DMCA counter-notification and was asked to wait 10 business days. It’s been __ days and I obtained no response. Could you please reinstate and unsuspend it? Thanks! Case#.
