Tl;dr: lots of work to be done. Despite another year of record VC capital deployment, funding to women founders actually went down. And it& #39;s worse for Black and Latinx women founders.

On the investor side--27 women were hired into checkwriting roles, but only one self-reported as African-American and none as Latinx. 64% of firms still don’t have a single female partner.
