Today @AllRaise released their 2020 annual report.

Tl;dr: lots of work to be done. Despite another year of record VC capital deployment, funding to women founders actually went down. And it's worse for Black and Latinx women founders.

On the investor side--27 women were hired into checkwriting roles, but only one self-reported as African-American and none as Latinx. 64% of firms still don’t have a single female partner.
Thank you to @PamKostka @aileenlee and the @AllRaise for the analysis and report -- with data hopefully comes accountability from across the industry!
