going to be very conflicted if pbdc volume 4 comes out in english before zaregoto volume 4 considering they're literally both light novels by the same author and one has started being published in english significantly before the others

like with every other further release I can find some way to justify it to cope but at this point it just seems like it's literally never gonna happen

hopefully the switch over to being kodansha books rather than vertical remedies some things but man that's still so irksome

also please please please publish your books digitally vertical including your old ones I'm fucking begging

I've realized vertical has like posted a lot less since becoming kodansha books thinking about it since they primarily did manga but now kodansha does that, maybe hopefully in the future they'll do more novels or maybe finish the novels they already started but idk man

really really really hoping they eventually publish their stuff digitally too it's so annoying that so much of their catalogue is physical only for so long like even if it's part of a series that's massive they still haven't published it digitally it's so annoying

this thread is just me complaining about vertical I've realized just man they publish so many series I love and are like the only source at all for them in english I don't want this stuff to be incomplete forever because they got the license and stopped using it
