How the premier league table would look if it was a 5 a side league (Part 1/2):

[A Thread]
20th Place: Sheffield United

GK: Aaron Ramsdale, the blades best no. 1 but an error prone keeper tbh.

DF: John Egan, the most solid defender Sheff Utd have & a leader.

DF: Jayden Bogle, a versatile and underrated player imo would get up & down & do a job in 5 a side.
MF: Sander Berge, a quality player in a poor side. Strong when on the ball. Would be hard to tackle in 5 a side.

FW: Rhian Brewster, his pace & ball control would serve him well just needs to improve his finishing.

Sub: Billy Sharp, late goal threat off the bench decent option.
19th Place: Burnley

GK: Nick Pope, easily Burnley’s best keeper a great shot stopper but not great wiv his feet.

DF: James Tarkowski, Burnley’s best defender imo and he’s all the best on the ball.

MF: Robbie Brady, one of Burnley’s few technically gifted players.
MF: Dwight McNeil, imo Burnley’s best player. A real talent, him and Brady would thrive in 5 a side.

FW: Jay Rodriguez, Burnley’s most mobile striker imo good on both feet, would do ok in 5 a side.

Sub: Matej Vydra, a versatile mobile forward who would bring energy late on.
18th Place: West Brom

GK: Sam Johnstone, proven a good PL shot stopper, WBA best keeper.

DF: Semi Ajayi, WBA best defender, his long legs & strength would cause an issue for attackers.

MF: Matheus Periera, WBA best player imo, a quality player with skill & end product.

FW: Callum Robinson, WBA best suited striker to 5 a side. Mobile & direct, a decent finisher.

Sub: Grady Diangana, a promising technical player with some quality. Lacks end product tho.
17th Place: Fulham

GK: Alphonse Areola, a great keeper, too good for Fulham tbh.

DF: Tosin Adarabioyo, a quality defender on the ball, his long legs will help on the small pitch.

MF: Andre Franck Zambo Anguissa, a beast in the middle. Strong & good on the ball as well.
FW: Ademola Lookman, an absolute baller. So skill full & a great striker of the ball. Amazing talent.

FW: Bobby Decordova Reid, another talented forward with a lot of skill. End product needs work tho.

16th Place: Brighton

GK: Robert Sanchez, a quality shot stopper who’s also good with his feet.

DF: Ben White, great ball playing defender & tough tackler would be excellent in 5 a side.

FW: Leandro Trossard, pacy & good on the ball, strikes the ball well just needs to be more clinical.

FW: Danny Welbeck, a skill full attacker who I think would suit 5 a side well, a good finisher too.

Sub: Alireza Jahanbakhsh, a technically gifted player with no end product.
15th Place: Southampton

GK: Alex McCarthy, a good keeper not one the best itl tho.

DF: Kyle Walker Peters, a great passer & good tackler, would be ok at the back.

MF: Nathan Redmond, a skill full & energetic player who could cause problems for the opposition.
MF: Moussa Djenepo, a skill full baller, would could make it difficult for any defence. Comes up with the occasional goal as well.

FW: Danny Ings, the obvious choice a great finisher and would suit 5 a side imo.

Sub: Takumi Minamino, an energetic & talented player on the bench.
14th Place: Newcastle

GK: Martin Dubravka, Newcastle’s best keeper, decent with his feet too.

DF: Fabian Schär, comfortably the best ball playing defender they have & solid defensively.

MF: Miguel Almiron, a great dribbler, very skill full & direct. Lacks end product.
MF: Allan Saint Maximin, Newcastle’s best player, skill full, direct, pacy & a decent finisher.

FW: Callum Wilson, a top quality PL striker, pacy & prolific in front of goal.

Sub: Joe Willock, energy off the bench, box to box, creative & a goal threat would be a good option.
13th Place: Aston Villa

GK: Emiliano Martinez, a commanding keeper, great shot stopper & good with his feet.

CB: Tyrone Mings, atm still Villas best centre back overall a solid defender.

MF: John McGinn, the workhorse of the team, able to pick a pass & hit a shot as well.
FW: Jack Grealish, Villas best player, an absolute baller so complete what more needs to be said.

FW: Ollie Watkins, an effective goalscorer & creator too. Very quick & good on both feet.

Sub: Bertrand Traore, Villa’s most skill full player. A talented dribbler who can hit one.
12th Place: Crystal Palace

GK: Vincente Guaita, an underrated keeper imo. Makes a lotta good saves.

DF: Gary Cahill, not the same player he once was but still good on the ball & a solid defender.

MF: Jeffrey Schlupp, good at both ends of the pitch, very versatile & skill full.
MF: Eberechi Eze, a player with bags of potential & he’s already shown glimpses of what he can do.

FW: Wilfred Zaha, Palaces best player very suited to 5 a side. Skill full quick & clinical great player.

Sub: Jean-Phillipe Mateta, a skill full young player & decent goal scorer.
11th Place: West Ham

GK: Lukasz Fabianski, a quality keeper been West Ham’s best for years.

DF: Declan Rice, think deployed deeper he could be effective, reads the game well, strong tackler, great passer.

MF: Pablo Fornals, a creative player, a great dribbler & a goal threat.
MF: Jesse Lingard, been great since he signed. Quick, a good dribbler, creative & a goal threat.

FW: Said Benrahma, would destroy 5 a side like Zaha. Quick so hard to tackle, great linkup play & a goal threat.

Sub: Jarrod Bowen, has a wand of a left foot for passing & shooting.
Part 2 will be out on Tuesday next week.
