I would get hot water, put it in a bottle and wrap a cloth around it and put it on her stomach. She liked it when I rubbed her tummy. I would rub it till she fell asleep.

Any time it was close to her period I stopped her from taking sweet things but she will still take it behind my back. Such a stubborn person.
