If you want to create this for yourself, voiceover demos are relatively easy.
— Get you a mic (recommend the Blue Yeti)
— Use an audio program on your computer (so many. Garageband for Mac, Microsoft Voice Recorder for PC, Audacity for both)
— Find and rehearse monologues
— Record in a room without large space (closet, soundproof room) and possibly with carpet/a rug so the sound doesn't bounce.
— Memorize and/or practice those monologues until you feel good with them. Record commercials, drama, comedy, etc.
— You can edit on GarageBand and Microsoft Voice Recorder, and I think on Audacity, too. If not, hire a sound editor (worth the coin!).
— Actually... hire a sound editor anyway lol. Invest in it, y'all.
— Introduce yourself in the beginning!
— Upload on SoundCloud, Dropbox, GDrive as an mp3, YouTube... whichever so you can link someone to the reel when you're ready.
— Getting a headshot helps, too. But nowadays, a good ass selfie helps if you breaking the bank here.
— If this seems like a lot, hire a sound engineer/editor for the entire process. But having a setup at home, especially since things have gone remote, helps. So have the equipment anyway lol.
There are so many talented people out there who miss out on chances simply because they don’t know where to start or what to do.

If you wanna do voiceover work, I hope the tips above help big time. You can do this part time, full time, project by project based...

Whatever.
