Not sure why an American citizen holding a firearm is an issue, I guess “shall not be infringed” means something else to Andy. https://twitter.com/mrandyngo/status/1386903154915258371
Go ahead, post your comments, tell me how he’s a “cRiMiNaL.”

1. Everyone in innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

2. What part of “shall not be infringed” did you not understand?
Conservatives and libertarians alike are losing the battle over the second amendment and it’s in part due to the way people like Andy use firearm ownership as a point to show someone isn’t of sound character when it’s someone who holds a different political ideology.
Here’s the point I’m trying to make. If him owning a firearm breaks any kind of laws, the courts can deal with it. However, I don’t think simply holding a firearm in a picture should be used to showcase someone in a negative light.
We reap what we sow. If we use gun ownership to imply someone is a bad person, we are implying that the firearm is what makes them a bad person, this is a dangerous road to go down. Not everyone is going to research his criminal history, all they see is that tweet.
