The #ClarkeAdvice, disclosed in 2020, 7 years after its composition, was dynamite, justifying the intended legal argument, scheduled for hearing last November. Had that hearing not been sidetracked by the alleged contempt, that advice would have been legitimately reported upon

It is difficult to conceive why it took so long to disclose #ClarkeAdvice, and why the Category 2 abuse (absent any concession as to bad faith) was contested. The Court's processes were directly affected by #POLS abysmal & inveterate disclosure failures

A Kafkaesque reversal of the burden of proof regarding the infallibility of #Horizon, a culture of secrecy in respect of its known defects, & the failure of those tasked to bring these matters to the attention of the Courts when prosecuting the innocent, is a most profound wrong

@FloraClairePage was fearless in pursuing Category 2 abuse, with her leader, and whilst she was compelled to return the brief, both her courage, and instinct were vindicated in the CACD's judgment on 23rd April.

Today, with conspicuous fairness, another constitution of the CACD determined that she should not face contempt proceedings, and had acted honourably.
