Thread: how to spot copyminter on hicethunc? When you see something that seems like art from popular artist, check the profile: if no bio, it's a warning... If you know the artist, ask him/her if it's him/her. But if you don't know the artist, then look at the seller's wallet.

Is it a recent wallet? Be more carefull... Look at the transactions of the wallet: if you see money moving regularly to another wallet, look at the other wallet. If in any of the 2 wallets, you see money moving out regularly to an exchange, then it's a copyminter.

This is sad to have to become Sherlock Holmes to collect art, but scammer are part of the game... Always do your homework before buying

BTW, one last thing you can also look: most real artists on HEN do buy art from others artists ... So attracting artwork + nothing collected at all is also a clear warning sign saying : investigate before buying ;-)
