a.) The only reason Spotify exists is a response to rampant piracy.

b.) Streaming removes many layers of royalties that exists with physical products, it's like buying music Wholesale.

c.) Spotify's model is broken &unfair to artists, but it's important to note they didn't make a profit until 2019 - 10 years after launch.

d.) There is no way EVER, that music can return to the models of the 90s . What needs to be fixed is how the money is distributed 2/2
PS. The skills required for artists to make it are different now. NFT's offer a new line of potential revenue but - unless you're insanely talented - musicians have to play the system as is rather than hope for a return to the good old days of format regeneration profits.
