u know how ppl generally prefer texts instead of calling? i realized maybe thats bc before cellphones, if u called someone and they were working etc, theyd just not answer cause they werent home. now we have our phones with us so every call gets thru and its annoying

i just think its fucked up how its assumed that everyone should be fully reachable at any given moment. and i hate when ppl send me time sensitive texts?? i look at my phone like 3 times per day and i dont wanna feel pressured to check it every 15 mins

im also thinking about how many of us are like "im sorry i dont reply back super well<3" cause u kno maybe youd have the energy to socialize better if u didnt have to do it ALL DAY LONG. if anyone texts me like theyre expecting a reply within 5mins theyll be ignored

anD ANOTHER THING why do some ppl msg u like theyre starting a conversation where i have to sit there with the phone in my hand for 30mins??? i have enough social energy for one (1) reply per day and then i have to rest for 24 hrs. just keep the convo going regardless
