everyone experiences delusions differently. if you are aware that something is a delusion, that doesn& #39;t make your illnesses any less valid. coming from a schizoaffective psychotic person who is aware of some of his delusions.

i& #39;ve experienced psychosis for most of my life. i can tell when things arent real and when things arent, BUT there are things i definitely struggle with. if i am "delusional" around you, just accept it, and don& #39;t tell me i& #39;m "wrong" because that& #39;s not the way to act with someone-
with psychosis. we can fall into a mental spiral upon other things. please be respectful. you don& #39;t know us if you don& #39;t experience this.
