everyone experiences delusions differently. if you are aware that something is a delusion, that doesn't make your illnesses any less valid. coming from a schizoaffective psychotic person who is aware of some of his delusions.

i've experienced psychosis for most of my life. i can tell when things arent real and when things arent, BUT there are things i definitely struggle with. if i am "delusional" around you, just accept it, and don't tell me i'm "wrong" because that's not the way to act with someone-
with psychosis. we can fall into a mental spiral upon other things. please be respectful. you don't know us if you don't experience this.
