Here’s a fun fact about me: I experience facial blindness. If I have seen your face less than a dozen times in person, I will not recognize you. Seeing someone in a new context? I won’t recognize them. How i recognize people is by picking up on their idiosyncrasies & voice

Once I’ve learned a voice, I’ll remember it forever. Once I was picking up one of my friends from school for a sleepover, and i didn’t recognize their face from 10 ft away, but I knew it was her because of how she rolled up her sleeves. These are the kinds of things I notice.

I’m that odd one who’s really good with names but shit with faces, but I can tell you a lot about the way someone pushes up their glasses before they laugh, the way the corner of a smile betrays their mischievous plans... i think that’s neat.
