Its not that Moon is wrong necessarily, but he is pushing this nationalistic response in hopes that people will forget that his admin punted on securing vaccine contracts when others were buying fast. Korea is a wealthy country that has weathered the pandemic better than most and is still doing so. Access to vaccines is important in Korea to return to "normal" and prevent more deaths, but discussions about vaccine nationalism should focus on developing countries... 3)
facing difficulties without the means to combat the pandemic or purchase vaccines. Not on rich Korea which just balked at buying vaccines early. “We must face the reality of such cold international politics.” <-- This is true of many places, but not so much for Korea. end
