I'm going to do that thing where I say something unpopular.

If that's going to bother you, don't read the rest of this. https://twitter.com/CamEdwards/status/1386679018896990213
1st unpopular thing, the right needs the damned trigger warning above a ton more than it should and that's ridiculous.

To the point, we put in 2 not great judges and one that's still sort of unknown. There is no certainty that "CoMmOn SeNsE gUn CoNtRoLl" doesn't win the day here
Despite all the "Muh ACB is Wahms Scalia!" She's a lot more like "Did the government do it? Cool then!", which is NOT like Scalia. Don't expect her to pen the next Heller here. Even if she DOES pen a "friendly" opinion, it'll be the bad things of Heller. (Yes, they exist)
Gorsuch the "mighty textualist" seems very fond of stopping whenever he feels like it in "textualism", which is not textualism. It IS, however, a good way to say "Well, post 1934 and subsequently 1939 the government CAN 'common sense' your guns!"
Kavanaugh hasn't written anything that strikes me as particularly awesome or noteworthy since taking the bench. At least nothing I've seen to indicate a vote here.
This, as always, leaves us with one based vote, one vote that's usually pretty good (and getting better with age) and the leftists (yes, I include that asshat Roberts).

In summary, there's a very real possibility we "lose" the right to "bear" arms here in SCOTUS.
