Nine and Joong met during casting for the 2Moons2, a Thai BL series. Originally Nine thought Joong was older than him because he was so huge, and Joong thought Nine was cold. It has been said they are very much like their characters, and that it was Joong's continual effort

to tease and get close to Nine that eventually melted Nine's tsundere heart and lead to their amazing chemistry on the set. Joong was only 18, and had never kissed anyone before. Their characters first kiss on the set, would be his first in real life. Nine has teased that Joong

Nine teased about it, but it really seemed he didn't want Joong to have a bad first experience. He wasn't supposed to kiss Joong back in the scene, but couldn't stop himself apparently. They truly embodied their characters MingKit in their personalities.

Their chemistry was soon off the charts and their fan meets became stuff of legends as they teased each other, and the fans with fan service that just made everyone fall in love with them.

But, what really set them apart, was their time together aside from fanmeets. Joong was born in Thailand, but moved to Turkey as a young child when his mother remarried. He returned to Thailand when he was about 16 to try his hand in the entertainment world

Joong won the Mr. Teen Thailand 2018 competition before taking on the role of Ming in 2Moons2.

Joong and Nine became close during filming and Nine became Joong's tutor, helping him to get his Thailand GED, Joong would go on to win a scholarship to Stamford International University studying Creative Media Design he began his first year in February 2020.

Joong began staying at Nine's dorm a lot during this time, so Nine could help him study, and it was easier to get to work from Nine's dorm than from Joong's aunts. There many lives floating around, and we J9's were blessed with a lot of great interaction with them

Several themes became evident during their fan meets and lives: Joong didn't like Nine exposing too much skin, Joong had a tendency to sulk, and Nine was bossy. They had planned a trip together before Christmas in 2019, but Joong took the chance to go back to Turkey and

visit his family in Turkey. Joong's aunt is in Turkey, and he lives with her at times, but he misses his parents and siblings a lot.
Nine was happy for Joong to visit family, but he missed Joong. This lead to an emotional live:

When Joong returned to Thailand, he thought he and Nine would get time together, but Nine decided to go to Korea with his sister. Joong only got to see Nine for a short time for a work event before Nine took off, leaving Joong bewildered.

When they were both back in Thailand, they once again began to spend a lot of time with each other "for work" Joong got an acting role in #mafiatheseries and they both continued studying at their Universities.

When Covid hit, they had a dilemma, since Joong was out in the public more. He wanted to quarantine with Nine, and so Nine's mom let him... Nine's Mom and Joong have shared gifts with each other, and each of their families support both of them.

This became a golden age for J9 fans, as we were treated to many lives... their friendship grew stronger and we loved seeing them together. Unfortunately, life brings change

Joong was getting roles outside of BL, and it became apparent that their management felt that a BL ship wasn't the path forward for them. This became a time were we rarely got to see them interact. Nine got a hosting spot in the web series Foodie Guide, and Joong was no longer

staying at Nine's home, dorm, father's house etc.
This is the time they apparently decided to try out for the Chinese survival shows, which has separated them even more.

Along the way, they have dealt with jealous "friends" and horrible management

But, through it all, they have always supported each other... Joong once told us, when we miss them, we can always find their videos and fan edits on youtube. And we do.. we love those 2. We miss them together, and we know they miss each other. But, #J9isForever
