(1/?)

Aight so I might be late for #FandersDisabledPositivity but uhh imma talk about the stuff I got. (Thread)

Let’s start with type 1 Chiari malformation

Basically part of my skull is shaped weird so there’s pressure on the cerebellum, which gives me a lot of headaches
(2/?)

tw hospitals

In 7th grade, I had a serious of really bad headaches. After going to the ER, I had to go get an MRI, where they found the Chiari malformation, and I was diagnosed. There’s more to it than headaches tho. I also deal with neck pain and tinnitus from it
(3/3 for type 1 chiari)

That basically covers my experience with type 1 chiari, but if you want to learn more, I suggest looking it up :)

On to my anxietyyy (next tweet)
(1/1 For anxiety)

So I have social anxiety and on most days it’s not bad and I can get through the day alright. On others, I just want to hide from the world. It’s a pain, but I am getting better with managing it.

Yeh I don’t got much else to say about it :)

Moving on!
(1/? For depression)

I have depression. Most of the time, it’s not so bad. Some days it’s really bad, and I’d rather just hide. Trying to get better, but it’s not easy.

I got diagnosed around 7th grade (also when I got diagnosed with social anxiety)
(2/2 For depression)

A friend recommended I see the counselor, I wound up seeing a therapist through the school, and got diagnosed

Anyway, onto aspergers
(1/? For aspergers)

So I have aspergers. I don’t bring it up much, but it felt relevant to address here. I struggle with social interaction a decent amount, but otherwise it’s pretty mild. There’s sensory stuff that comes with it too, mostly sensitivity to loud noise
(2/2 for aspergers )

- and wet noises (chewing, etc.)

That’s about it, thanks for reading!
Also a couple things I didn’t talk on but I wanted to mention

- gender dysphoria
- asthma
- my really bad eyesight

Anyway, thanks for reading :)
