Let’s clarify something. Kerry indeed leaked sensitive intelligence to Iran when he was not authorized to do it as he was not in the office anymore. This information was not in a public domain when Kerry revealed it. Let’s examine the sequence of events. A short thread: 
Kerry met with Zarif around April 20, 2018 and held other “shadow diplomacy” meetings with senior Iranian officials. According to a recently leaked recording of Javad Zarif, it is when the information about 200 strikes was mentioned to him by Kerry.

On September 04, 2018, half a year later, when it became apparent that someone has already leaked it (not sure who did it was known to Israelis, but they may have learned it already), the information about 200 strikes was confirmed publicly by Yisrael Katz https://www.reuters.com/article/us-mideast-crisis-israel-syria-iran-idUSKCN1LK2D7
Nonetheless, shortly after both Israel and White House already knew what Kerry did by mid-September 2018, therefore Kerry on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 admitted he met with Iranian officials earlier that year.

On April 26, 2021 a leaked tape was made public in which Javad Zarif told his aide earlier, in March 2021, that it was Kerry who told him about 200 strikes carried by Israel. He added that he was shocked. That’s the sequence of events as of now.
