I haven’t worked in a year (save for a brief stint in June) besides a few random art commissions and selling art online. I’m slowly slipping further and further into debt and I can’t see a way out. Between the money I owe CRA and my credit card I feel completely hopeless.

We are aiming to move back to the island but I’m the only one of us that has somewhat decent credit and each month is like... I’m on the edge of my seat waiting to see if we can make it or if my credit is finally gonna get dinged.

I’m sorry I’m venting credit is just such a scam and credit scores shouldn’t be used as a way to determine housing for people. I’ve lived in my apartment for over four years and never been late on rent once. But if my credit is fucked it doesn’t feel like that matters.
