Mental health advocacy must include universal access to resources

But it also must address the elephant in the room: war, poverty, greed, racism, misogyny

There’s no point on giving someone a subscription to Headspace if systematic oppression isn’t addressed 2/2
So I guess what I’m saying, all this is intertwined.

No point on saying “Refugees Welcome” if we don’t connect the dots even further and propose radical solutions; an example on the local level is donating intergenerational wealth for community mutual aid for therapy et
