1. Thread of my experience working with UHS. I am scared so I had to make keep my identity secret. This is a thread of how Dr Shehnoor Azhar Spokesperson of UHS, sexually harassed me and took advantage of me.

2. Dr Shehnoor, has a way of dealing with young female doctors. He started by messaging me late at night and then unending calls. Being her subordinate I had to answer back. After which an unending conversation of he liked my work and asking me to meet after office hours.

3. Most people might not realise this but there is an element of intimidation involved when he calls you to his office and on the phone. Being my first job I tried to make sure that this doesn’t have an impact on my career.

4. He introduced me to new drugs as according to him, it would make me open in my interactions with him. He works closely with Dr Javed Akram @jakramaimc who is a great person and very respectful but unfortunately he doesn’t see any of this.

5. He then started offering me to pick me up on his way to work. Being a subordinate and intimated, I accompanied him a few times. He had way of being indirectly, and later directly, hinting what he wanted from me and what he could offer in return.

6. Promotions, meetings with important people in the health ministry etc. He took advantage of me and made me do things which I still don’t have the courage to speak about - even though this is anonymous. Maybe in the future Allah will give me that strength.

7. I later left work and moved to Karachi. This was my first job and this was first boss. This tweet will lift a huge burden off my chest which I have been carrying since the last couple of years. He is a married man in his early 40s preying on teenagers.

8. I know I am not alone with whom this has happened. And I just hope other girls will call him out. May Allah give them the courage to do so.

9. I belong to high earning group of the society and this is my experience with my boss. I can only imagine what girls from low earning groups suffer with.I just hope that UHS does something about this.

10. I could have tweeted this via my own account which has more than 10k followers. But unfortunately I don't have the courage to do so. This is 1000th time I've written this thread since last year. Deleting it within seconds. I hope that I have the courage to let it be this time
