Free Speech Foundation, a.k.a. America’s Frontline Doctors, was registered as a domestic non-profit in the state of Arizona in June 2020.

While Langhofer’s law firm, Statecraft PLLC is located in Arizona, Free Speech Foundation/AFLDS CEO Simone Gold is a resident of Los Angeles.

Why would she use an out-of-state law firm to act as the registered agent for her group?

Dr. Simone Gold claims AFLDS is a non-partisan grassroots group, yet they’re using a lawyer who represents GOP interests.

Statecraft PLLC made just over $600,000 in the last two election cycles working for Republican committees and campaigns.

After registering the non-profit, it would take another month for America’s Frontline Doctors to gain widespread attention.

In September 2020, the organization filed an amendment and changed the name to Common Sense Foundation, only to refile another amendment in November to change the name back to Free Speech Foundation.
