Every nation has deep issues in its culture. And being Dutch, this is (among) ours. It's no coincidence that Srebrenica happened as it did under Dutch watch. While an extremely vague and difficult thing in "Dutch-ness" to confront, it is on display to this day. Watch the film.

it is frankly unbelievable how accurate the depiction is of the Dutch. It sends chills down the spine to recognize it. One is only left with a single word: unforgivable. Absolutely—once more in history—absolutely and utterly unforgivable. Deep in the Dutch soul we must search.
