I remember when I was in a toy store, there were three sizes of trampolines, small, medium, large.

A customer came in and asked for a medium, the standard approach is to go to the warehouse, find the storage, pull it out and sell it.

I told the customer, I need like 5 minutes.
5 minutes go by quick, all I discovered is the storage location for the trampolines changed after a bit of searching and absolute confusion.

Few people are ever waiting in the warehouse like quest guides, so I started looking for ANYONE to ask where they might be.
Upon finding a warehouse worker, and discovering they were moved to another portion of the warehouse, I was quickly approaching ten minutes.

I decided that it made more sense to get that Trampoline and bring it, rather than tell the customer I would need more time.
I eventually found the stacks of trampolines, there were a few small, plenty of large but no mediums. The stock said there were two and the customer was told the same.

I was searching everywhere, but I couldn& #39;t find either. Upon returning to the prior area for them...
I could see that under a lot of what stock replaced this area, there was a box that resembled the trampoline ones.

After puling everything out, it was indeed a medium trampoline!

but the box was essentially ruined, with portions of what was inside already having fallen out.
This isn& #39;t to imply the warehouse workers should have any sort of punishment, the job is a nightmare at all levels. Though I had now come close to 20 minutes of this trampoline adventure and I had nothing but a busted medium to show for it.
I came back to the customer and said I will find that other medium, just need a bit more time and I& #39;m sorry for the wait.

The quest continued, talking to anyone who helped move the trampolines that day as well as figuring out when the next are coming in and what options we have
After another twenty minutes, it was clear that it wasn& #39;t marked off after it had been sold just a bit earlier that day.

Meaning the two trampolines were unable to be sold and the display ones can& #39;t be sold.
The customer was told they could have one of the two, just come and pick it up, they were told by a worker it would take 5 minutes.

They were then told after about 20 more that it just needs a bit more time.

Only to then be told after about an hour of waiting...
"There are no medium trampolines to sell, it would be as much as a week before we will have more in, there was a mistake in stock and one is damaged. I& #39;m sorry for the hour long wait, there& #39;s nothing I can do."

This, from an exhausted me, knowing that anything could come next.
The amount of belligerent customers taught that they know best and that their time is worth more than your sanity who have cried bloody murder over even the wrong look while scanning an item or asking the wrong question...

Well, it& #39;s just the norm... accept it.
So the guy said:

"Hey, thanks so much for trying to find it, I know it can be a nightmare, I will try to come back in a few weeks, hopefully they& #39;re in. Have a good day."...

I remember being pretty floored.
My time in retail, those bloody awful years, has made it so I have nothing but sympathy for workers and they would have to do something specific and harsh for me to lash out, for me to record them while I rant about my reservation or my expectation of service.
What you come to understand is they want you happy and gone as fast as possible, they dont want to piss you off or prevent you from having what you want.

Many things happen that are out of their control, it can be really rough.
So, to watch a guy who& #39;s clearly unable to deal with stress in a healthy manner crumble as you raise your phone and demand that you have to be given retribution from him whether it& #39;s his fault or the companies...
For the coverage to then make sure it& #39;s clear that they are specified as "White" and "Black"...??

This video is disgusting, the guy is brought to tears desperate to reconcile the stress. You need to back the fuck up and ask if there& #39;s something you can do.
That& #39;s another human being in front of you. Mother fucker has to have no sense of empathy to upload this.

Just pisses me off I guess, Hope the guy is alright. Jobs like that are stressful as hell and the customers can honestly make the day a nightmare or a godsend.

Hopefully we get more of the latter as time goes on.
