I've noticed a lot of people starting to become aware of the reality of the inner world.
Many struggle to innerstand what this experience means, or are unable to navigate this space on their own.
I was inspired to write this thread today to give perspective to the process

Life grows out of our Inner Garden.
We harvest what we plant, both good and bad.
Like any garden, it needs constant attention.
It's important on a regular basis to go within and notice which crops are growing, to decide which seeds to plant, and which weeds to pull out.

In the course of our daily lives, unwanted seeds sneak in.
They hide in our beliefs and our thoughts.
Before we know it theyâve taken root.
Itâs important that when we go within, we look at the weeds that need pulling out. Especially negative thoughts and limiting beliefs.

We have to make sure we always prune this Inner Garden.
Anxiety, depression, restlessness, unwillingness to change, etc are the fruits of allowing our weeds to grow.
It's not enough to just cut the grass, we have to go down deep into the soil and remove the weed at it's root.

Itâs easy for the Inner Garden to become overgrown.
Sometimes itâs because of enthusiasm about one crop and over-planting.
Overgrowth can also come from neglect, where another crop gradually takes over the neglected one.
Watch the inner crops and the space they take up.

When we've pruned the Inner Garden, we can prepare the soil.
The quality of the soil is always important for a gardener. You want the soil to be rich and welcoming to the seeds you plant and the crops you grow.

Close your eyes and pause for a moment.
Move inside to your Invisible Self and look at this garden.
What crops are there?
How are they doing?
What do they need?
Can you follow the root system to remove the weeds at their core?

Sometimes crops are planted together because they assist each other.
You may have different crops for different areas of life â work, family, spiritually.
Some crops may be larger than others. Look carefully at your Inner Garden.
How balanced is it?

Allow the ideas in your Inner Garden to intermingle.
See those ideas as butterflies and bees that move among your crops and whisper ideas from one crop to another.
Allow the wind of your inner vision to cross-pollinate the crops in your garden.
See what new hybrids emerge.
