1.Zinedine Zidane
At the time of writing, Zinedine Zidane has led potentially the worst Real Madrid side in recent years to the UCl Semifinals, his fourth in his entire career of management. With his charisma and pure footballing IQ, going for Zidane would be a no brainer.

-Tactics
Unlike many top managers, Zidane has a less defined ideology and trust in the quality of his players. He doesn’t stick to certain tactics all season, but instead he changes tactics every game to exploit the weakness of opposing teams

-Starting 11
Zidane plays a 4-3-3 the majority of the season, but sometimes plays 4-4-2 Diamond or 4-2-3-1. He likes a creative midfield and fullbacks with a high attacking work rate. (This 11 is based on rumors and his likely preferred players).

-Verdict
He isnt perfect, but if he gets the players he needs for us to flourish, we can be serious UCL contenders. At the moment it may look unlikely that he will leave Madrid but he’s always flirted with the idea of accepting the Juventus job.
Probability: 7/10
Needed: 9/10

2.Jose Mourinho
Sure he didn’t do well at Tottenham, but his managerial history speaks for themselves. His times at Porto, Inter, Real Madrid, and Chelsea shows that he is the real deal in the footballing word. And without a club, it may be the correct time to acquire him.

-Tactics
The thing that Jose has always sticked to in his career was his defensive principles. He would always set his team up to have huge defensive stability and would look to set his team up for quick transitional play for counter attacks.

-Starting 11
Moutinho set up Tottenham with the 4-2-3-1 formation, which showed huge effectiveness in attack and defensive shape. I strongly believe he will also implement this in the Juventus team. (This 11 is based on rumors and his likely preferred players).

-Verdict
The thing about him is that he tends to have cold relationships with a few players. But if theres anything thats guaranteed with Mourinho in the helm, its trophies. And with a team that knows how to win them, it would be catastrophic.

3.Massimilianio Allegri
Now here comes the favorite. What makes him different is that Allegri managed Juve not long ago. He left the held at the end of the 18/19 season and the management has failed to replace him ever since. So who better to replace Allegri with, Allegri.

-Tactics
Allegri is a creative manager who believes in slow possessive football. He uses his midfielders to cover spaces while defending. Allegri said this: “I’m happy for those who have spectacular football, but if I wanted a spectacle, I’d go to the circus. I want the win.”

-Starting 11
Allegri is a flexible manager who can switch over different formations. He plays the formations which best suits the team and the players he had in his disposal. He has used the 3-5-2, 4-4-2, 4-2-3-1, and 4-3-3. In this case, I believe he will use the 4-2-3-1.

-Verdict
A great thing to point out is that he knows the club and the many current players know how to play in Allegri’s system. If he gets the right midfield and imitate what he did between 14/15 and 16/17, the UCL can be a reasonable goal.

-My Personal Choice
My personal choice between these 3 would be Zidane. This is because he know how to go big in European competitions and that can be helpful to help us win the eluded Champions League. I would also take the other 2 options but Zidane does it for me.
